Please note: This is a preliminary market engagement exercise, and NOT an opportunity to submit tenders. Worcestershire County Council (WCC) is seeking to engage with the market in relation to the combined management of statutory compliance services relating to: Asbestos management: Principal Contractor to Deliver: WCC Policy review, Nominated Responsible Person, Go to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Best Value Auditing of TFM Provision, Disturbance management, Remedial action planning, Compliance auditing, Consultancy. Principal Contractor to Manage: Management surveys, Re-inspections, Management plans (Review), Material & priority risk assessments (Review), R&D surveys, Bulk sampling, Air testing, Remedial Works Fire safety compliance: Principal Contractor to Deliver: WCC policy review, Nominated Responsible Person, Go to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Best Value Auditing of TFM Provision, Strategy plans, Compartmentation surveying, Remedial action planning, Compliance auditing, Consultancy. Principal Contractor to Manage: Risk assessments, Risk assessment reviews, Fire door inspections, Fire PPM's, Remedial Works Water hygiene management: Principal Contractor to Deliver: WCC policy review, Nominated Responsible Person, Go to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Best Value Auditing of TFM Provision, Outbreak management, Remedial action planning, Compliance auditing, Consultancy. Principal Contractor to Manage: Risk Assessment, Risk Assessment reviews, Legionella Control works, Monitoring, Testing, Remedial Works The information you provide to us will be used by Worcestershire County Council. It will only be used to inform recommendations on our options appraisal for the possible procurement of this service. We are in the first instance seeking feedback through a preliminary market engagement questionnaire.
