"periodRationale": "The Wrexham SMART Towns initiative is anticipated to run over a number of years and hardware will need to be purchased for different projects and phases over that time.",

Three contractors are appointed to the Framework and ranked 1, 2, 3. Orders for goods in the framework pricing list will initially be offered to the contractor ranked number 1. If the number 1 ranked contractor is unable to provide the required goods to the Council's requirements and timescales, the order for goods will be offered to the number 2 ranked contractor, and so on. No guarantee is given as to the amount or value of any orders(s), if any, to be issued to any successful Contractor under each Contractor Framework Agreement. Appointment to the Framework will not give any contractor the exclusive right to deliver goods of the type required under their respective projects and the authority may engage third parties to provide the same at their sole discretion without any liability whatsoever to the appointed contractors. Orders made through the framework will not exceed a total of PS300,000.00 over the life of the framework (excluding VAT)."
