Notice Description
Choice would like to procure a fully integrated HR/Payroll and Time & Attendance system which can streamline processes and improve efficiency. The elements we would ideally like the system to include are recruitment and selection module, onboarding of employees, L&D module, NI Equality reporting, time and attendance module, employee self -service portal, manager approval portal and payroll module

Lot 1
Renewal: Should an extension be required, it will be granted for a further three years subject to internal Senior Management approvals and under the Terms and Conditions within the contract which will include break clauses. There will also be two further sets of two year extensions which will also be subject the internal Senior approval. Therefore, the overall agreement for the contract is up to 10 years.
