    "description": "Scotland Excel intends to publish a future tender opportunity on behalf of all 32 local authorities, as well as any Integration Authority or other body established under the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014, and any body created under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978. As detailed in section II.1.4 of this Prior Information Notice (PIN), potential suppliers who believe they can meet the high-level specification are invited to register their interest in the forthcoming tender programme by 17:00 (Close of Business) on the 23rd of January 2026. Suppliers who register their interest may subsequently receive a market research questionnaire. This must be reviewed in full, completed and submitted to the Contracting Authority by 12:00 noon on the 3rd of February 2026. Following the closure of questionnaire submissions, Scotland Excel intends to arrange supplier engagement meetings with interested parties to discuss the proposed Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority anticipates that these meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams between the 5th of February 2026 and the 12th of February 2026.
