Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Non-visible Conditions Tender at Manchester and Stansted Airports
Notice Description
The objective of this procurement is to secure partnership(s) with key strategic partner(s) to provide best-in-class services relating to Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Non-visible Conditions at Manchester and Stansted Airports. The aims of this Procurement are to; - Achieve and maintain a Very Good rating under the CAA framework, as the minimum standard under the CAA framework. - Give assurance to our PRM customers, that they will receive an equitable experience to all other airport users under this new contract. - Enhance the performance standards with robust key performance indicators and service levels that drive a customer focused culture and ethos. - Uphold a positive reputation of the PRM service as seen by external and internal stakeholders. - Provide transparency between AOC, MAN, STN and our PRM provider to build on existing relationships and forge a strong ethos of collaborative working. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to provide MAG with sufficient information to select a shortlist of qualified applicants who will be invited to participate in a competitive tender process. Specifications for this tender will be provided at the ITN stage.

Renewal: The Contract (s) in Manchester will be let for a period of 5 (five) years, with the option for MAG to extend for a further 3 (three) years (1+1+1 years) after the initial 5 (five) year term. The extensions may be exercised at MAG's discretion based on a range of factors including business needs and circumstances.
Stansted AirportServices relating to Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Non-visible Conditions at Stansted Airport.
