        "description": "The objective of this procurement is to secure partnership(s) with key strategic partner(s) to provide best-in-class services relating to Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Non-visible Conditions at Manchester and Stansted Airports. The aims of this Procurement are to; - Achieve and maintain a Very Good rating under the CAA framework, as the minimum standard under the CAA framework. - Give assurance to our PRM customers, that they will receive an equitable experience to all other airport users under this new contract. - Enhance the performance standards with robust key performance indicators and service levels that drive a customer focused culture and ethos. - Uphold a positive reputation of the PRM service as seen by external and internal stakeholders. - Provide transparency between AOC, MAN, STN and our PRM provider to build on existing relationships and forge a strong ethos of collaborative working. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to provide MAG with sufficient information to select a shortlist of qualified applicants who will be invited to participate in a competitive tender process. Specifications for this tender will be provided at the ITN stage.",

            "features": "MAG is issuing this Tender Notice to commence a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to parties interested in taking part in the procurement process in relation to a proposed contract for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Non-visible Conditions at Manchester and Stansted Airports. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to provide MAG with sufficient information to select a shortlist of qualified applicants who will be invited to participate in a competitive tender process. MAG is following the competitive flexible procedure in line with the Regulations of the Procurement Act 2023 and following the PQQ stage (subject to a sufficient number of compliant PQQ responses being received), MAG intends to select the Applicants who have achieved an overall PQQ Score of at least 60% to be invited to submit a tender. Following the PQQ, MAG will commence the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) with the shortlisted Bidders from the PQQ. Following the conclusion of the evaluation process of the initial tender submissions, MAG intends to take forward the 3 (three) top scoring Bidders at the ITN stage from the Lot which is the most economically advantageous to MAG to the Presentations and Best and Final Offers (\"BAFO\") stage. MAG reserves the right to take forward more Bidders in the event of a tie."
