(There are several systems commonly used to improve all round visibility not just reversing, please detail what your system will provide and how it meets industry best practise.) * Amber warning beacon, green seat belt warning light, audible reversing warning & standard reversing lights, red seat belts. * An automated engine cut off that shall activate with prior warning if the plant is left in idle mode for a duration longer than 3 minutes. * Air pre-cleaner (preferably cyclone type) and HEPA 0.3 micron cab filters (or better) to deal with dusty working environment. When proposing the type of filters suppliers must take into account the environment and potential Biohazards; please detail what levels of protection the filters will give and the WEL rating. LEL actively encourage suppliers to visit each site to view the operation and confirm if the systems specify will meet or exceed the needs of each mobile plant item. * Windscreen cage protection to be fitted to fully protect the operator from debris falling from the bucket whilst maintaining maximum all-round visibility and should be hinged to allow for access to clean glazing. * Auto-lube on board dispenser for difficult to access greasing points, manual lubrication to ground standing operator greasing points. * To have restricted access to gear selection (1st & 2nd only) or a speed limiter set to a maximum of 10MPH. * On-board automated fire suppression system to tackle both engine fires and fires around the bodywork of the mobile plant * A separate cost for a 12-volt electrical supply to be fitted to operator cabs should be supplied if the plant specified does not have this as standard, this shall allow for retro installation/fitting of LEL owned radio equipment by LEL or their agents. * Anti-theft devices * Additional guarding around hydraulic hoses to minimise risk of wear and tear when in contact with waste. * All plants must work in all weather conditions, specifically dusty, hot, and humid atmospheres , please reference any specific items such as wide core radiators and/or reversing radiator fan cooling systems that are fitted to all mobile plants being specified by yourselves. All mobile plant must be suitable for working outside continuously. LEL reserve the right to install proximity sensors or any other H&S equipment on the machines supplied, prior notification will be provided. - 5 (6) x material handling machines (Equivalent to LH 18 M Liebherr) * Fitted with a suitable waste rehandling grab or their equivalent. Supplied on solid tyres. * Rehandling grab to be supplied with 40mm thickness one piece wear edge sets. The engineering specification and source of manufacture is to be supplied to LEL. * Waste rehandling grab to be configured to have the open/close and rotation circuits operated by foot pedals on the 3rd line circuit and not electrical switching on the joystick handles. The open/close to be on the right-hand pedal with a backward movement to close and forward to open configuration. The rotation on the left-hand pedal with a clockwise rotation in forward position and anticlockwise in the backward position. Grab to be permanently fitted to the dipper arm, quick hitch systems are not required. * To be fitted with long arms. * To be fitted with machine stabilisers * To have a raising cab Estimated usage per annum is 1400hrs (+/- 10%).",
