The University of Strathclyde is planning a services contract to upgrade its CCTV video management system at its university site in Glasgow. The planned procurement is for one contract, with an estimated total value of £300,000. The information is expressly subject to change before the procurement reaches the market. The University is seeking views from potential suppliers before progressing the project, so organisations should treat the stated scope, value and timetable as indicative rather than settled tender requirements. The arrangement is a services procurement covered by the Government Procurement Agreement.

The University of Strathclyde ("the University") is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of activities outlined below. The Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Provision and implementation of a third-party Video Management System (VMS) solution for the University's CCTV software: - Supply, configuration and commissioning of associated server infrastructure, storage and supporting hardware where required: - Migration from existing legacy CCTV management platforms with minimal disruption to operational services: - Provision of interoperability between existing legacy security infrastructure and emerging technologies, ensuring compatibility throughout the transition period: - Integration with relevant security and safety systems, including but not limited to access control, analytics, alarm management, intercom, intrusion detection and other associated subsystems; and - Delivery of training, knowledge transfer and technical documentation for system administrators and end users.
