Provision of IT Hardware Supply & Services
Notice Description
Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitable Accredited Lenovo Platinum Partner contractor to supply, service and provide ad hoc repairs to IT hardware equipment across the business. Please note this contract only has a requirement for Lenovo laptops, desktop and tablet computers - including monitors, keyboards, mice, webcams and other peripherals. It does not contain requirements for telecommunications and audio-visual equipment.

Lot 1
Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitable Accredited Lenovo Platinum Partner contractor to supply, service and provide ad hoc repairs to IT hardware equipment across the business. Full scope of requirements can be found in Appendix A - Specification.
Renewal: The contract duration will be a 4 year term, with an initial 36 month term and an option to extend, at Hafod's sole discretion, by a further 12 month period based on supplier performance and external factors.
