The contract is expected to be awarded by 21st March 2025, with a start date of 1st April 2025.

This tender presents significant opportunities for suppliers specialising in emergency services systems, particularly those with expertise in mobilisation, planning, rota management, and alerting technologies. Businesses with existing solutions that feature user-friendly interfaces, integration with command and control systems, and support for various duty systems will find this opportunity valuable. Additionally, suppliers offering systems that can handle intelligent mobilisation of resources and effective reporting tools will be well-suited to compete. The contract duration is set for four years, with possible extensions up to a further six years, offering long-term growth and partnership potential.
