TfWRL are seeking a retail ticketing single solution provider with transport experience that can, without disruption, replace and improve on the current implementation by the end of February 2026. After careful consideration, the Authority has made the decision to withdraw this tender from the market. The Authority will plan an internal review of the requirements to determine future direction. Future notices calling for competition will be placed on Sell2Wales/FTS.

Renewal: 3 x optional 12 month extensions
