Scottish Procurement intend to establish a collaborative Framework for the supply of IT Peripherals and supporting services. The new framework will build on the success of the current Framework and scope is likely to cover four main categories of General IT Peripherals; Audio Visual Equipment; Desktop Printers; Network Equipment and all services associated with the deployment of these categories. Services may include, but will not be limited to, the installation of whiteboards, desktop printers or networking equipment. The success of the current framework has been driven by the implementation of an eProcurement environment such as a punch-out site, bespoke web pages, and a secure online ordering portal. For those organisations that do not have their own eProcurement system, Contractors must provide access to a secure online ordering portal (website), and the ability to place orders by email, telephone, post and fax. The refreshed IT Peripherals framework will form part of a wider portfolio of ICT Products Frameworks which are available to the Scottish public sector, designed to support the Digital Strategy for Scotland titled "Realising Scotland's full potential in a digital world: A Digital Strategy for Scotland". For more information, please refer to the link http://www.gov.scot/Publications/2017/03/7843.. An RFI document is provided, please send your response, preferably in a Word format, to Bryan Dodds (bryan.dodds@gov.scot) and Karen Pow (karen.pow@gov.scot) no later than Friday 14 July 2017. Scottish Procurement may contact you to follow up on your response.
