    "description": "The Council aim to maximise access to our tender opportunities and therefore we intend to facilitate events where contractors can gain information on how the new framework agreement will work, how we will procure our roads related contracts, details of how the new roads framework agreement will operate and to get the views of interested suppliers. A copy of all slides / information issued at the events along with a record of all questions / answers from all events will be published with the tender documents for reference purposes and contractors unable to attend any of the events. The events shall take place on: - 12 February 2018 at 8:30am - Cargen Towers, Garroch Business Park, Garroch Loaning, Dumfries, DG2 8PY - 13th February 2018 at 4pm - Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer, DG9 7JJ - 14th February 2018 at 4pm - Lockerbie Town Hall, High Street, Lockerbie, DG11 2ES. Contractors wishing to attend any of the events must email procurement.tenders@dumgal.gov.uk to register. Please note events may not take place if there is insufficient interest registering to attend.
