Lot 1
The North Isles Landscape Partnership Scheme (NILPS) has funding to develop a underwater interpretation resource or virtual dive that will raise awareness and knowledge of the protected and rare underwater environment that surrounds the North Isles. NILPS is a 5-year, 4.5 million pound GBP project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), Historic Environment Scotland, Orkney Island Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH). The aim of scheme is to promote the North's Isles natural, built and cultural heritage, through providing funding for a range of physical improvements, conservation and landscape projects, training, interpretation and educational projects.
