PoLHA's principal requirement is the provision, and ongoing maintenance support, of an integrated HR and Payroll System The system will have in initial capacity for in the order of 120 users which includes a multi company function and a tiered management structure. In detail the requirements are: a) Cloud based integrated HR& Payroll System b) Implementation support and ongoing maintenance support throughout the term of the contract. The system must include: c) Organisational Structure Management d) HR database e) Reporting function f) Workflow management function g) Test/Training system h) Self service function i) Multiple authorisation routes j) Full detailed specification is attached as Appendix 8
