Notice Description
The Purchaser requires an online Nutritional Analysis Software product (the system) to help promote better health and wellbeing for those in its care. A flexible and professionally managed service will play a key role in ensuring those in its care enjoy nutritionally balanced meals by allowing staff to accurately track nutrient content and form standardised menus, helping to reduce food waste and the administrative burden on catering staff.

The Purchaser commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) was published by the Purchaser and made available to interested bidders via PCS-T. Tender responses were then evaluated by the Purchaser in accordance with the ITT.
Renewal: The Purchaser may extend the Contract for a period of up to 24 months following the initial Contract Term expiry date.
