Notice Description
Fire Alarm Systems: Programmed visits 2 per year. General repairs of the fire panel and system. In accordance to BS5839. Emergency Light Systems: Programmed visits 2 per year. General repairs of the emergency light system. In accordance to BS5266. Warden Call Systems: Maintain and carry out required repairs to all warden call systems (mix between Tyntec and Tunstall equipment) Door Entry System: Maintain and carry out required repairs to all door entry systems (mix between Tyntec and Tunstall equipment) CCTV Equipment: To repair and maintain all CCTV equipment and associated accessories in accordance to BS62676. 6-monthly servicing should be carried out.
