Lot 1

The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of the full maintenance regime of the mechanical heating distribution system, comprising boilers, heating & hot water pump units, all associated pipework. The control systems are under the control and management of the Employer. Heat interface unists to 205nr tenanted properties. The production of heating or hot water with the properties. Commercial Gas network from the meters to the boilers in each case. Planned Servicing and Reactive Maintenance to Heating & Hot Water Installations within various residential properties. The properties are located in Glasgow South as detailed in the Schedule of Rates contained elsewhere within this document.

Renewal: 12 month extension beyond the initial 36 month contract period
