Lot Information

Lot 1

Works comprise the inspection and maintenance of all tree, amenity planting, woodland and grass areas to communal residential land including cleansing and weed clearance of hard areas. The contract also includes inspection and maintenance of trees and shrubs within individual gardens and assisted gardening services to approximately 50 properties. The contract duration is thirty six months with the option to extend by a further 24 months subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The estimated value is 200,000.00 GBP per annum taken over the full contract period and including full optional period equates to 1,000,000.00 GBP.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract by a variable period not exceeding 24 months.
