This project is to: Replace existing TV amplifiers at all 3 Establishments, as well as install additional amplifiers; Rewire areas at HMP Open Estate - Castle Huntly with double screen coax cable; Rewire two cells within HMP Open Estate - Castle Huntly; Replace backup head-end at HMP & YOI Polmont; and Install two additional TV points at HMP Edinburgh, which will be fed from existing aerial.
