Notice Description

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) Housing Property intends to create a framework agreement with suppliers who can deliver the repair, maintenance and installation of fire Safety and security related equipment and services across all the Council assets. This includes, but is not limited to, domestic properties, high-rise blocks and Sheltered Housing Complexes. Predominantly the work will be carried out in traditional and non-traditional Low and High Rise Domestic Properties, although there may be a need to carry out works in mixed tenure and commercial properties/building, Corporate properties such as schools and offices, as the need arises.

The City of Edinburgh Council are seeking to understand the market and the interest in this opportunity. This requirement may be split into lots, the structure of which has still to be decided. The proposed structure are detailed below, however the Council is seeking feedback on the proposal - High Rise CCTV - High Rise Door Entry - Low Rise Door Entry - Fire Suppression Systems - Dry Riser Maintenance - Fire Appliance Maintenance - Block Standby Generator Maintenance - Block Water Pump Maintenance - TV Aerials - Pat Testing - Fire Alarm System Maintenance If you can deliver one or more of the above services and would be interested in applying for the opportunity framework agreement, please note your interest in this prior information notice and complete the attached questionnaire.. This questionnaire is to enable the Council to understand the market and gauge the interest across all of the services required. Please complete and return the completed questions to anna.penman@edinburgh.gov.uk by the 28th August 2020.
