"reviewDetails": "National Museums Scotland (NMS) will incorporate a minimum of a 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If unsuccessful tenderers have any concerns about the process, and/or its outcome, they should be raised during the standstill period. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved within a reasonable period, The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations (SSI 2006 No.1) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rule to take action in the Sheriff Court of Session. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Before approaching the court seeking any legal remedies, a tenderer must inform the contracting authority and explain the basis for its court application.",
