This is a direct award from the Scottish Government Office Equipment Framework to consolidate the 5th year of a current lease agreement with a secondary rental for existing Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Services' devices and software, including copy costs and associated services.
Options: Contract charges are based on 198 current devices. There may be a need to replace devices that are beyond economical repair. There is also a cost per copy for support and maintenance which is volume based, so currently can only be estimated. The contract value includes a contingency to cover these additional costs.
