Notice Description

The Scottish Government's Safer Communities Division (part of the Directorate for Safer Communities) requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the role of Delivery Partner in relation to the CashBack for Communities Programme. Scottish Government are looking to appoint a contractor to provide expert support to individual third-party organisations who are in receipt of grant funds through Phase 6 of the CashBack for Communities Programme. The purpose of the support is to ensure that Project Partners fulfil their grant requirements and responsibilities on accountability, communications, monitoring, evaluation and performance reporting. Phase 6 of the Cashback for Communities programme will deliver a range of trauma informed and person-centred services and activities for young people between the ages of 10-25 that: 1. Support young people most at risk of being involved in antisocial behaviour. offending or reoffending towards or into positive destinations; 2. Provide person-centred support for young people, parents and families impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma; 3. Support young people to improve their health, mental health and wellbeing; 4. Support people, families and communities most affected by crime.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
