CS7602102 Adam Smith Theatre: Rigging/LED Lighting/PA/Audio System CS7602103 Rothes Halls: Upgrade LED Lighting CS7602104 Carnegie Hall: Upgrade to LED Lighting & new Audio/PA System CS7602106 Lochgelly Centre: LED Lighting and Audio/PA System Upgrade Due to the specialist nature, it is essential that the tendering contractor has the necessary experience, knowledge and expertise to carry out the work. All equipment and materials must comply with current industry standards. The Contractor tendering to carry out the work must be a specialist rigging contractor with a minimum of 3 years experience carrying out similar work in theatres or similar buildings. This contract will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) using pre-determined criteria, which reflects the commercial and business requirements. The price score shall be allocated by comparing all Tendered costs and the lowest priced tender shall be given the maximum score of 100, and all other tenders shall be allocated a pro-rata score (i.e. lowest price / tendered price multiplied by 100). The quality related criterion shall be assessed on the basis of the tender and supporting evidence submitted by the Tenderer. The Tenderers scores for the quality related criterion will then be multiplied by the appropriate weighting to give a weighted score per criteria. The weighted scores for all criterion shall then be added up to achieve a total score and ranking order of suppliers. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right not to award the Contract.
