The scope of this contract is to provide coaching and consultancy services that support our Chief Executive Officer and the FLS Executive Management team with the FLS Leadership Practice Transformation project.
Procurement Information
The new CEO has identified both the need and opportunity to create a new leadership culture. The need for change is widely accepted across the board and amongst the management population. Such transformation tends not to happen through evolution, it benefits from intervention and typically requires an experienced and skilled coach to facilitate the journey. Jonathan Frost (Discovery Coaching) has been delivering such programmes for the last 20 years and fully understands the contextual difference that public organisations experience. Jonathan has worked with clients such as SEPA, Scottish Power, Yamaha, Stirling Council, Scotland Excel, Renfrewshire Council, North Lanarkshire Council, Raytheon, Babcock and others and the CEO knows he can deliver exactly what is needed.
