Scarf Enterprises (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed as the Managing Agent for Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Perth & Kinross Council, and Aberdeen City Council to make provision for ECO4 works by introducing a framework, which will run over a four-year term period, to deliver energy efficiency measures into homes across the four geographical areas.
