This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Provide inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair services for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems owned and operated by the University at the John Anderson Campus: - Implement a structured maintenance program - allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs: - Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards: - Monitor performance metrics to ensure expected energy yields; and - Must have demonstrable experience in servicing commercial PV installations, including safe DC isolation procedures, system performance evaluation, thermal imaging and the identification of common degradation and failure modes.
