Description: Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedigare looking to establish a Void Property Cleaning and Clearance framework to support our repairs and maintenance team. To establish the best procurement strategy and framework structure we are carrying out pre-market engagement to gain insight and feedback from service providers working within our geographical areas. As part of our early procurement planning process, Adra undertook a series of activities to engage with the market from late 2024 to early 2025. Following on from these sessions, Adra have decided to establish a framework agreement with separate lots for the Property Cleaning service and for the Property Clearance service. Adfer mawndir - Trawscoed - peatland restoration
