Description: Pembrokeshire County Council is preparing to tender for the provision of a homelessness prevention support service for people aged 16 and older who require non-specialist, housing-related support to access and maintain suitable accommodation and live independently in their home. The service will be delivered using the Liberated Method - a strengths-based, person-led approach that prioritises autonomy, co-production, and empowerment.
