Maintenance of warden call, fire alarm and door entry systems for sheltered schemes and housing 2021
Notice Description
The contract will consist of routine and non-routine maintenance and repair works to warden call, fire alarms and door entry systems that are located within IBC's sheltered schemes buildings and communal areas for rented homes. The requirements of this contract shall include provision to replace equipment that is no longer serviceable or costs effective and includes the option to replace existing equipment, in order to take advantage of new technologies that may become available during the lifetime of this contract. All buildings are located within the borough of Ipswich. Additional information: This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of the Suffolk Sourcing web portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 29/03/2021 at 12:00hrs. Please note, late returns will NOT be permitted. The deadline for clarification questions is 15/03/2021, which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website.
