Video Conferencing Installation & Maintenance
Notice Description
As part of the ongoing transition to VoIP (Skype for Business) telephony across the estate. Leicestershire Police are looking to on-board a partner to assist in the implementation of Video Conferencing equipment at various key locations across the force. An initial four key briefing locations have been identified and are listed below, however it is anticipated that up to an additional 15 sites will require Video Conferencing facilities over the next 12 months and we have budget available to facilitate as much of this as possible. In order to ensure consistency across each instance, we would like to use a single supplier who can manage the full wraparound services for VC, including initial site surveys, provision of equipment, installation & setup, and ongoing support & maintenance The contract will also include additional requirements, repair & replacement and support. Additional information: THe contract is subject to successful vetting of the engineers
