This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers with the ability to meet the requirements of the specification and provide all the Mandatory 8 Core Benefits: Core Benefits - Mandatory * Childcare Vouchers * Car Leasing Scheme * Technology and White Goods Scheme * Cycle to Work Scheme * Gym Membership * Financial Wellbeing Schemes including access to affordable loans * Leisure and Retail Discounts Scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes. * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Additional Benefits - Non-Mandatory These shall include but not limited to the following: * Online Cycle Shop * Total Rewards Statement * Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's) * Reward and Recognition Benefits * Buying and Selling of Annual Leave * Holiday Scheme * Eyecare Scheme
