The details of the commercial response submitted by the winning tenderer have therefore been withheld in accordance with Regulation 50 (6) (b) and (c). In regard to the combined total budget allocated for the contract, all commercial responses received by the Council in regard to this procurement were within the stated budget (PS1,292,000).",
