Renewal: seven (7) years ("Initial Period"). Sanctuary shall be entitled, at its sole option, to extend the term of the Agreement for a further two (2) x one (1) Year periods each a "Renewal Period"
Lot 2 ScotlandThis contract is for the supply of Servicing, Maintenance, Remedial Works and emergency repairs of sprinkler systems, Misting Systems, Wet & Dry Risers, Dampers and Kitchen suppression systems to the Sanctuary Group. Additional information: Contract value is estimated. All documents and tender questions that need to be completed are available at sanctuary-tenders.co.uk The contract will run for 7 years with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year periods solely at the discretion of Sanctuary
