The shelters will be owned and maintained under the responsibility of the successful concessionaire. The Contract will commence on 18th July 2024 and will be for a period of ten years with the option to extend for a further five years. Concessionaires will pay an annual fee to the council and/or a percentage of revenue, whichever is higher. Additional information: The initial term is 120 months with an extension period available for up to a further 60 months.",
