Lot 1 - Recruitment Advertising & Related Services
This lot is for customers seeking a broad range of services in terms of recruitment advertising, employer branding and other resourcing related marketing services.
Lot 2 - Public NoticesThis lot is for customers seeking services in terms of public notices advertising.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 3 - Campaign Advertising and Related ServicesThis lot is for customers seeking a broad range of services in terms of campaign and media related advertising. The type of campaigns in which customers may be looking to advertise may be broad and diverse.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 4 - Student MarketingThis lot is for customers seeking a broad range of services in terms of student attraction/recruitment advertising, customer branding and other related marketing services.

Lot 5 - Public Relations ServicesThis lot is for customers seeking a broad range of services in terms of public relations services. The main objectives for customers will be to receive support and advice on building, maintaining, enhancing and protecting reputation, trust and credibility with stakeholders and audiences of strategic importance.
Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
Lot 6 - Management of Commercial Advertising SpaceCustomers will require a service provider to manage advertising and/or sponsorship arrangements on physical spaces and assets identified by the customer. Service providers will source suitable advertisers or sponsors to display approved signage, acknowledging their sponsorship (if required), on the customer space. In return the advertiser/sponsor will pay a fee to the service provider, out of which the customer will receive an agreed income.

Lot 7 - eRecruitment and Related SystemsCustomers will require a service provider to provide a cloud-based recruitment software, web-based resources and other technology to find, attract, interview and hire new personnel.

"performanceTerms": "Throughout the duration of the framework, ESPO shall monitor the Supplier's financial standing against the Suppliers initial financial positioning on the commencement date of the framework. If a Suppliers financial standing falls below the position recorded on the commencement date, ESPO will raise this with Suppliers and discuss the circumstances round this. MI (Management information) for the framework will be collected every 3 months by the Contract Support Officer (CSO). The CSO will also maintain checks to ensure that any relevant insurances continued to be held. Social Value will be assessed and monitored by the framework manager; Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate social value initiatives throughout the lifetime of the framework."
