Renewal: The Client intends to offer extensions in the following sequence: a) First extension at the end of Year 3, following benchmarking and performance assessment offer two years (7 in total). b) Second extension at end of Year 5, same conditions and offer further two years (9 in total). c) Third extension at end of Year 8, same conditions apply and offer one year if performance satisfactory.

South
