Summary of the contracting process

Hertfordshire County Council procured local electric vehicle charging infrastructure as a concession service across Hertfordshire. Evaluation weighted scale at 40% and quality at 60%, including delivery, site assessment, design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, customer service, reporting, tariff management, technology, future-proofing and technical competence.
