Summary of the contracting process

Cardiff Council procured services to control and manage traffic across Wales, including traffic-control and traffic-monitoring equipment, traffic signal and public-lighting maintenance, traffic control and monitoring services, engineering design for traffic installations, telematics systems, and installation of monitoring equipment.
