This is an Open procurement aimed at appointing a single supplier to provide management of the Welsh Government Library Services subscriptions for periodicals and journals, and including the purchase of books. The successful supplier will be required to manage the current subscriptions, as well as meeting future requirements. The supplier is required to submit a Mark-up on the price of purchasing publications, covering the cost of providing the services detailed in the specification. For avoidance of doubt the estimated value includes the price of the publications, together with the service costs.. The tender process will be conducted using the eTenderWales portal: https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml. eTenderWales is free for suppliers. Renewal: There will be an option to extend for periods up to 24 months.
