Supply and Provide Equipment, Training and Teaching Resources for Turntablism and Garageband
Notice Description
Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable providers that are able to supply and provide equipment, training and teaching resources to fulfil turntablism and GarageBand Educational projects in schools for Caerphilly Music Service.Level of service required:1)Schemes of Work and Teaching ResourcesProvide complete sets of schemes of work for whole class groups for a series of projects for both Key Stage 2 and Key Stages 3&4 pupils. These schemes of work need to include full training resources for the teachers delivering the project, teaching videos & PowerPoints for the lessons, worksheets with the appropriate notation etc.This would be for both Turntablism and GarageBand Projects.2)Training & SupportProvide full initial training to both music service staff and the initial sets of school teachers who will be delivering the project.Provide ongoing support with the setting up and delivery of the projects.3)Source and supply equipment for each projectTurntablism X2 sets (more details of specification can be provided upon request)36 sets of portable battery operated turntables (including extra safety modification approved with the manufacturer)36 pairs of robust headphones18 Universal 5 way 3.5mm splitters for headphonesAppropriate cablesReplacement needles36 bespoke produced vinyl records for the projectFlight casesRechargeable batteries, charges and carry cases6 x small speakersAll equipment to be provided ready to use and placed inside flight casesiPad GarageBand Project Equipment X2 sets32x robust headphones16x universal 5 way 3.5mm splitters for headphonesMini speakerCarry containerAll equipment supplied ready to use, arranged and placed inside carry containerTo express an interest in this notice please email Helen Sellwood - sellwhl@caerphilly.gov.uk no later than 23:59 02 March 2022NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119004.
