The Immersive space will be housed in part of a new building on Wrexham University's Plas Coch campus. This building is due to be completed during December 2025 therefore whilst the procurement of the immersive suite technology will take place during 2024 the full installation of Immersive Suite would not be scheduled until late 2025. It is expected that the Immersive Space supplier will work with the construction contractor throughout 2025 to ensure successful completion of the overall project. The solution needs to be able to run scenarios and content from a number of different applications. A full list is provided in Appendix 1F, which should be completed in full. The following are viewed as mandatory, and full compatibility integration need to be in place before 5th December 2025. The solution needs to allow the university to show their own pre-recorded and live streamed 360 material.
