Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking to engage with the market to explore potential solutions for a Fleet Management System and Vehicle Booking System. This Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise aims to gather insights from suppliers on available technologies, capabilities, and innovations that can support our future procurement strategy. Suppliers are invited to participate by completing a supplier questionnaire by 3rd March 2025, which will help us understand market capabilities, key considerations, and potential approaches. To support this engagement, we have prepared a PME information pack, which provides further details on our requirements, objectives, and scope of the procurement.
