Notice Description
CCTV System Maintenance/ Access Control and Automatic Door Maintenance Contracts from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2022, with option to extend by 1 year. Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of CCTV System/Access Control and Automatic Doors within various properties across the southside of Glasgow.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of service and reactive maintenance of SSHA entire CCTV systems and door entry installations within their properties and surrounding areas for a three year period commencing on 1st October, with Option to extend by 12 months. The maintenance service includes: - Bi-annual service and maintenance - Re-active maintenance 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, - 24 hour Friday to Sunday, 365 days per year. The rates quoted in the accompanying section are firm price rates and will apply to all works during the contract period. SHA will assess the Contractor's performance throughout the Contract Period. The only exclusions to the above and those which may attract additional payment, are: a) Spare parts not being reasonably available due to the agr of the installation. However, if an equivalent part is available this will be required to be fitted b) Any defects caused through malicious or willful action, negligence. Misuse or third-party interference. These defects require immediate reporting to SSHA in order that claims of third party damage can be substantiated, enabling payment to be made to the Contractor. Failure to notify SSHA immediately will result in payment for such repairs being withheld. c) Any defects or damage occasioned by fire, lightning, explosion, flood, storm, tempest, frost, impact, or other extraneous cause, including the failure of the public electricity or water supply, unless caused by the negligence of the Contractor
