Notice Description
The procurement comprises thirteen Trade Lots in order to deliver a multi-trades day-to-day reactive repair and void repair service throughout the Association's housing stock. The Trade Lots are as follows: - Lot 1 - Plumbing Lot 2 - Electrical Work Lot 3 - Joiner Work Lot 4 - Ventilation Lot 5 - Door Entry Lot 6 - Underground Drainage Lot 7 - Glazing Lot 8 - Roughcasting / Plastering Lot 9 - Void Property Security Measures Lot 10 - General Builders Work Lot 11 - Stonework Repairs Lot 12 - Digital TV Repairs Lot 13 - Smoke Vent Testing / Ventilation Repairs
Lot Information
Smoke Ventilation
Shettleston Housing Association intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. The tender providing the Most Economical Advantage will be the preferred Contractor over the term of the Contract subject to the Conditions set out within the Contract documents. The Contract duration is 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years at the Associations discretion.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
Electrical WorkShettleston Housing Association intend to enter into Contract with a maximum of 3 Contractors per Lot. Contractors appointed to each lot will not be ranked and will be used as and when required to support the existing reactive service currently being carried out by the Associations subsidiary Upkeep. The Contract duration is 3 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years at the Associations discretion..
