The plant / equipment may be supplied with or without an operator / driver as required in the South Ayrshire area.. Tenderers may bid for any combination of the three geographical lots and any items within each Lot Pricing Schedule, wholly at their discretion. Bidders are not required to price every plant / equipment hire item in the Pricing Schedule. There shall be no guarantee to the level of spend that will be required over the term of this Framework Agreement.
