It represents an ideal opportunity for businesses, particularly SMEs, within the print, design, and associated services sectors to expand their services to a broad public sector market. With a significant emphasis on quality and cost-effectiveness, the tender is suitable for businesses experienced in delivering high-quality, cost-competitive services in a structured framework setting. Additionally, the contract’s community benefits clause encourages engagement with local SMEs, promoting subcontracting opportunities to enhance local economic development.
