Description: Overview Littlehampton Town Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a comprehensive internal design and fit-out service in respect of the proposed Hub on the High Street ("The Hub") The appointed Contractor will be responsible for delivering the project from an empty shell condition through to a fully completed, compliant, and operational space ready for occupation and use.
