Cyfnod y fframwaith ar gyfer Caffael Adnoddau Addysgol Cymraeg a Dwyieithog, Gwasanaethau Ymgynghori, a Gwasanaethau Cymorth yw rhwng 01 Mehefin 2026 a 31 Mawrth 2030, gydag opsiwn i ymestyn am hyd at 48 mis arall. Dylai cyflenwyr fod yn ymwybodol o'r budd o fod ar y fframwaith, sef y bydd hynny'n hwyluso'r gallu i achub ar gyfleoedd gwaith, ond nid oes sicrwydd o waith o dan y trefniant hwn chwaith. Adnodd is an Arm's Length Body of the Welsh Government with a current remit to 2026. We lead and coordinate the work of providing adaptable and user-friendly educational resources in both Welsh and English to inspire the teaching and learning of the Curriculum for Wales. Our vision is that all our practitioners and learners, whatever their background, have the right to high quality educational resources that will spark their imagination, support their well-being, and encourage a lifelong love of learning. In line with our remit letter Adnodd must ensure that relevant, timely resources and supporting materials are available in Welsh or bilingually in both Welsh and English, at the same time, to support the Curriculum for Wales and its qualifications. To ensure that we reflect and meet the needs of the education sector and key stakeholders; ensure value for money; and make the best use of the expertise, knowledge and skills available in Wales, and beyond, we want to establish an open Framework of suppliers; creative content creators; research, data and evaluation providers; and consultants from the education sector and beyond. Adnodd will utilise the framework agreement for the procurement of goods and services, specifically to commission educational resources; creative content; research, evaluation and data projects; and consultancy services in line with the call off terms and conditions. The framework period for the Procurement of Welsh-medium and Bilingual Educational Resources, Educational Consultancy, and Support Services is from 01 June 2026 to 31 March 2030 with an option to extend for up to a further 48 months. Suppliers should note that the benefit of being on the framework is to have easy and efficient access to opportunities for work, but there is no guarantee of work under this arrangement.",

Nid oes modd bod yn llwyddiannus yn Lot 4 a Lot 5 ill dau, oherwydd gwrthdaro buddiannau posibl. Os bydd Cynigydd yn gwneud cais am Lot 4 a Lot 5, rhaid i'r Cynigydd hwnnw ddatgan pa Lot y byddai'n ei ffafrio. Ni all Cynigwyr a benodir o dan Lot 4 fod yn rhan ar yr un pryd o gynigion gan Gyflenwyr o dan Lotiau 1 - 3 am yr un prosiect, a hynny er mwyn osgoi gwrthdaro buddiannau posibl. The Framework Agreement is split into 5 lots as follows: Lot 1 - Digital and multi-media resources Lot 2 - Print resources (with existing / well-established channels for distribution) Lot 3 - Creative content providers eg authors, illustrators, graphic designers etc Lot 4 - Consultancy eg education, policy, children and young people Lot 5 - Research, data collection and analysis, and evaluation Bidders may bid for multiple Lots however may only be awarded a maximum of 3 lots. Lot 4 and 5 are mutually exclusive due to potential conflicts of interest. Should a Bidder apply for both restricted Lots the Bidder must indicate their preferred Lot. Bidders appointed under Lot 4 cannot simultaneously participate in proposals for Suppliers in Lots 1 - 3 for the same project, to avoid potential conflicts of interest."
