ramework Agreement for Managed Services 'Managed Service' is the practice of outsourcing day-to-day management responsibilities and functions as a strategic method for transforming and improving business processes, through efficiencies, effectiveness and cutting operating costs. Suppliers to this framework will need the ability to offer and provide directly or indirectly via Sub-Contractors the full range listed below.
